Job description

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls, chats, and emails.
• Convert website inquiries into happy clients.
• Follow up with leads promptly.
• Handle client communication during off-hours (if needed).
• Maintain accurate customer records.

 

Desired Skillset:

• 65% or more marks in English in 10th and 12th.
• Min. 1 yr* of experience in Sales and Customer Service (Voice).
• Excellent English comm skills.
• Experience with US/UK/Australia clients is preferred.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls.
• Exposure to CRM tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet.
• References are required while applying for the position.

*In case your marks are less than 65%, you can be considered with proven 3 years of experience in global BPO.
