Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our services, and generating leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to meet and exceed performance goals.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or cold-call lists.
- Introduce our services to customers and explain their features and benefits.
- Identify and qualify leads, recording relevant information in our CRM system.
- Set appointments for our sales team or direct interested customers to the appropriate department.
- Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a telecaller.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
- Ability to persuade and influence customers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or related tools is a plus.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
