We are seeking talented individuals with excellent communication skills to join our team as BPO Voice Process Associates. As a BPO Voice Process Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are looking to start their careers in the BPO industry and develop their communication and problem-solving skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Follow company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and issues with empathy and patience.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or customer service software is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be a fresher with no prior BPO experience.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Any additional certification in customer service or communication skills is a plus.
