Role/ Key Responsibilities
- System implementation and integration of Quality management programs for (it includes all systems and sub- systems, areas as necessary for certification and accreditations required for business)
- Specific initiatives of – Quality Assurance/control of services getting delivered.
- Reviewing and monitering systems and related documentation
- Harmonization and horizontal/vertical deployment of quality systems and other initiatives
- MIS on quality aspects , audits to management
- Introducing the Technology and knowledge transfer in QA areas specific for BUs
- Training and education : Responsible to train IS and RI employees about quality standards and system, proprocedures
- Data Analysis : Analyzing the quality data to identify trends ,patterns and areas for improvement , Suggesstions for implementation
- As a quality lead : over all responsible for Accreditation maintenance ,Quality control, Process improvement, Quality documentation ,Auditing and compliance, Customer compliant and Problem resolutions from quality point of you , Feedback managment ,Competency Mapping ,Risk Assessment, Project monitoring
- Collaboration : Working closely with cross functional teams to ensure a comprehensive approach of quality
- Sound technical and inspection activities knowledge Hands on experience on all standards, accreditiations, procesess for system implementation and maintenance Team handling
Key Requirements
- Work Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance Candidate must have strong understanding of Quality Management principal ,systems and Methodologies.
- Candidate must have excellent leadership, communication and problem solving skills Strategic / Operational Competencies (as applicable for position).
- Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive quality strategy aligned with the organization goal Able to anticipate and adapt industry trends Strong stakeholder Management skills ,fostering collaboration across departments to ensure quality initiatives are integrated throughout the organization.
