Recruiterflow is a bootstrapped and profitable SaaS startup working with 1000+ recruitment agencies and 10,000+ recruiters globally. We are a CRM built for recruitment agencies that helps them be more productive. We have been focusing on revenue and profitability before it became an “in-thing to do for startups”.

We are a remote company and have been growing from strength to strength since our launch in November 2017. We are still a small team of 50+ and are completely bootstrapping the growth of Recruiterflow.

We are looking for multiple Customer Service Associate to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services.

Customer Service Associate responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities.

To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software.

Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.

Job Timings: Rotational day and night shifts.

Location: Remote.


Responsibilities


  • Provide excellent customer service to clients by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing support.
  • Work with a team of other support associates to provide a consistent and high-quality level of service.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest products and services so that you can provide accurate and informative support.
  • Use a variety of software and tools to track and manage customer interactions.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and goals.

 

 

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A desire to provide excellent customer service.
