About the job

We are hiring a remote Executive Assistant for Recruiterflow.The Executive Assistant is a critical member of the executive team, providing administrative support to the Founders and other senior executives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Founders and other senior executives, including managing finance, administrative support, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
• Maintain files and records
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Provide support to other members of the executive team as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
• Background in Finance is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Applicants must be fluent in English
