Our mission is to help people achieve what we call peak human condition (best version of themselves mentally, physically, and emotionally) by helping people build great habits and manage their emotions (which is also how we help people cut back on drinking) through an end-to-end lifestyle management system.

The Opportunity

To take Reframe to the next level, we’re looking for a full-time remote Customer Support Specialist (India-Contract) who can help us manage our social media across different platforms and help us grow.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide customer support through email and chat support (Gmail, Instabug).
  • Determine the urgency of issues for each client case and escalate where necessary.
  • Maintain product knowledge by utilizing in-house and external systems, providing the best solution for our customer needs.
  • Document bugs (technical problems in app) and other customer-specific issues.
  • Become an expert on the Reframe and Reframe Mind apps for end users and administrators.
  • Forum moderation.

About You

  • Psychology or Technology background
  • India based
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to carry on a friendly conversation with anyone, regardless of their background or temperament.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.

Note: There is a 1 month paid trial (full time or part time) before converting to full time contract.
