About The Role


The rapidly-expanding Quality Assurance Department plays a crucial role in Revolut’s development as we grow into a major international business. Our goal is to ensure that our Customer Support teams are operating at their best quality performance 🚀

Quality Assurance will enable you to play a big part in Revolut’s drive by working closely with all Customer Support departments, supporting analysts and their Line Managers. You will be an expert in multiple workflows, gain new skills, and keep developing your professional career 💫

We’re looking a Quality Assurance Analyst who will join as part of the newly established division within the Quality Assurance structure. We’ve hired some of the most self-driven individuals that the world has to offer and we’re keen to showcase their talent to the world. That’s where you come in. Our team is detail-oriented, technical, and we love to get down into the nitty-gritty of our processes to deliver the best possible results.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Completing monthly Quality Assurance (QA) activities by focusing on identifying successes and failures in the work performed by Quality Control
  • Highlighting and reporting any issues to Quality Assurance Team Lead/ Quality Assurance Head
  • Providing feedback to the Quality Control analysts and identifying root cause analysis of potential misalignment
  • Supporting Quality Control in achieving deliverables through knowledge sharing
  • Delivering quality refresher sessions to individuals who are struggling with the quality performance
  • Engaging in risk-oriented reviews focusing on issues identification together with active facilitation for resolution
  • Coaching new joiners to learn all procedures across the support department
  • Collaborating with other teams across different locations

What You’ll Need

  • Proficient English language skills
  • Previous experience within Quality Support
  • A proven track record of positive evaluations
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Practical knowledge of Google Sheets, Forms, and Slides
