Job Title – Business Development Executive

Job Location – Remote

Timings – 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.(UK Shift / USA Shift / Australia Shift)

Experience – 1 year as a Business Development Executive

 

About the role

This role involves outbound telephone sales and lead generation to UK-based business customers to not only develop & maintain existing client relations, team lead, customer acquisition, and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team’s potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.

 

Roles & Responsibilities-

1- Ensure the achievement of business targets.

2- Facilitate the onboarding of new franchisees.

3- Drive lead generation efforts.

4- Coordinate effectively with associates.

5- Conduct follow-ups diligently.

6- Secure new business contracts.

7- Engage with internal teams, such as marketing, to bolster sales initiatives.

8- Cultivate strong customer relationships through effective communication and exemplary customer service.

9- Identify areas for enhancing the sales process and implement strategies to boost sales efficiency and effectiveness.

10- Establish sales goals and objectives in alignment with the company’s overarching sales targets.

 

Requirements-

● 1 year experience in sales

● Excellent communication skills

● Graduate from any stream

● Must own a laptop

● Confident & Energetic personality
