Role & responsibilities:-
1. Using social media networks [eg, Linked In, Twitter, Facebook] to look for and connect with potential candidates.
2. Review online portfolios and resumes to prescreen candidates.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements.
4. Send recruiting emails and follow-up with candidates.
5. Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for open roles
6. Contact past applicants for new job opportunities.
7. Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
8. Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires.
9. Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill.
Preferred candidate profile:-
1. Proficiency in Microsoft word, PowerPoint, excel, and outlook.
2. A thorough understanding of sourcing methodologies.
3. Strong negotiation skills.
4. Sound time-management and organizational skills.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills ( Particularly email etiquette)
6. Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously. 7. Any graduate can apply & post-grads are only applicable if the complete their MBA
8. Laptop/ Computer & strong internet connection is mandatory.
Perks and benefits:-
1. Salary offered will be Rs. 8,500 /- (For first 2 months of contract)
2. Post confirmation, Salary shall be Rs. 12,000 /-
