Let me give you details about this role below:-
What you will be doing?
- Handle inbound leads and activate MQLs at a consistent 70% – 90% rate of target
- Prospecting, cold calling, cold emailing and engaging with MQLs to consult them with cold email best practices and schedule demos for Sr Sales Teams
- You will own and be responsible for all the MQLs assigned to you with 100% efficiency on the customer experience aspect, with customer success
- Building consistent Demo pipeline for Sales Teams
- You will never shy from asking or giving feedback, taking initiative, giving inputs from real-time selling experience and breaking the bottleneck in the sales process
- Achieve Weekly Customer Activation Targets and if you are not able to achieve them, you should come up with WHYs and challenge yourself to find solutions and seek help when needed from us.
- With a never giving up attitude to achieve results and drive self success
- Become a cold email domain expert, If you are not yet, become one fast.
- You should give all the shots to learn from me, the internet, cold email masterclass and use the resources available
- Write cold emails for customers, for your own outbound lead generation and for the team
- Lastly, be a team player and level up with consistent self-learning mechanisms and Consistently Achieve New Users Onboarding Targets
You should have..
- You are a fresher with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Any graduate with a technical and analytical mindset
- A storytelling approach
- Ability to use screen recording videos for customers using tools like – loom, bubble app etc
- Human skills like Empathy, Compassion, authenticity and problem-solving
- Growth mindset, creative and self-learner
