Job Description:
As a Telecaller cum Human Resources Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our HR team by handling the critical task of connecting with potential candidates and facilitating their journey through the hiring process. This role is ideal for someone with excellent English communication skills, a dash of IT knowledge, and a commitment to creating an exceptional candidate experience. This is an urgent requirement, you have to join this week itself.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Telecalling:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective candidates.
- Provide information about the company, job roles, and the hiring process.
- Answer candidate inquiries and create a positive first impression.
2. Scheduling Interviews:
- Collaborate closely with the HR team to coordinate interview schedules.
- Ensure seamless communication between candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain an organized interview calendar.
3. Candidate Engagement:
- Build rapport with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.
- Address candidate concerns and provide timely updates.
- Collect feedback from candidates for process improvement.
4. Administrative Support:
- Assist with general HR administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
5. Learning and Development:
- Continuously update your IT knowledge to better understand candidate qualifications.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your HR skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma; any additional education is a plus.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of IT concepts or a willingness to learn.
- Proactive and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in telecalling or HR is a bonus but not mandatory.
