Job Description:

We seek a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Assistant to join our team. As the Business Development Assistant, you will drive the growth of our business by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities.

The Role is:

  • Full time
  • Fully remote
  • No agencies
  • $10k – $40k USD/yr; Will be in accordance with location, skill, abilities, and experience, and can vary widely
  • Equity is also available

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and key decision-makers
  • Reach out to potential customers through various channels, including email, social media, etc.
  • Build target lists
  • Create and run outreach campaigns
  • Continuously update and maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in our CRM system
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in B2B sales, especially in prospecting, lead generation, presales, and market research, 1+ years of experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Snov.io, etc.
