Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be providing top-tier customer support through our chat help desk. You’ll serve as the first point of contact for our customers, answering their questions promptly and ensuring a high-quality user experience. The ideal candidate for this role is comfortable using mobile technology, enjoys helping others, and has strong English and typing skills.
- Provide real-time support to customers via our chat help desk.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and solutions.
- Monitor and control numerous concurrent chat sessions.
- Utilize our CRM software to track customer interactions and inquiries.
- Continually learn about our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team member.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.
- Proficient typing skills.
- Passion for mobile technology and familiarity with its latest trends.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
