About you:

We are looking for go-getters and fervent Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Specialists to help us identify and hire Top Talent from across the globe, and be a partner in scaling the next stage of the growth of the company.

You will be responsible for appropriately scoping the hiring needs, crafting job descriptions, designing sourcing strategies and finding candidates who are most suited for the role you’re hiring for. The ideal candidate should have strong written as well communication skills, and be a people person with the zeal to lead and scale up the recruitment team.

About the role:

  • Source, screen, and share quality profiles using different recruitment/sourcing channels like Naukri, Linkedin, Angellist, Dice, et al.
  • Leverage your internal as well external network, work with agencies & other relevant stakeholders to keep the candidate pipeline full at all times.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate interactions, and be the face of Starkflow for all interviewees.
  • Engage in cold outreach / headhunting and “sell” the opportunity to prospective candidates & activate them for the interview process.
  • Vet candidates for both Tech skills and soft skills and ensure they match at least 90% of the client requirements.
  • Maintain a strict TAT of 72 hours for sharing quality profiles, and ensure minimal to zero drop-off rates.
  • Work in sync with the Sales team & ensure all client needs are met at all times.
  • Assist in drafting new job descriptions, and work on job syndication to attract candidates from all sources.
  • Draft analytical and well documented recruitment reports on a weekly as well as monthly basis.
  • Establish new relationships both inside and outside the company to support the ever-growing hiring needs.
  • Act as an SPOC and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Take on general HR tasks like releasing offer letters, collecting documents, and assisting with the on-boarding process from time to time.

Basic requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Talent acquisition specialist or in a related role.
  • Experience working with all the top sourcing portals and hiring tools.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (JazzHR, BambooHR, Workable and the likes), and Vendor Management Systems
  • Stellar written, as well as spoken communication skills.

Preferred requirements:

  • International hiring experience is a huge plus.
  • Prior experience working and hiring for startups is a huge plus.
  • Prior experience handling client accounts would be good to have.
  • Prior team management experience would be good to have.
