We are looking for well-spoken, enthusiastic people, with the drive to address customer issues with sensitivity & empathy, and resolve them in a swift, proficient and friendly manner through a variety of channels such as call, chat, e-mail.
This individual will be instrumental in customer retention, by efficiently and successfully addressing concerns and by communicating in a professional and positive manner.
Top candidates need to be detail-oriented, motivated and have excellent people skills.
Responsibilities :
- Resolving problems/ concerns raised by customers on the App via chat/ phone/e-mail
- Establishing a relationship of trust with the customer, by ensuring qualitative service
(empathy and efficiency, excellent communication)
- Learning the product and services offered thoroughly, so as to provide timely and efficient resolutions to issues raised
- Troubleshooting problems and seeing them through to resolution
- Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Education :
- Experienced with a background in Customer Service
- Freshers, preferable from a hospitality/ service industry background
- Graduate / Undergraduate both will work
Skill sets :

Requirements :
- You have your own Laptop or desktop
- i3 processor required
- Window 10 and above required
