Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate

Job Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a crucial role in our organization’s talent acquisition strategy by leveraging your expertise in sourcing top-tier candidates using platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn. You will work closely with the Team Lead and the Talent Acquisition associates to identify, attract, and assess candidates while providing an exceptional candidate experience. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks related to recruitment and talent management, with a focus on sourcing highly skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Candidate Identification:

Utilize Naukri, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to source and identify potential candidates with the desired skills and experience.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-quality candidates.

Conduct thorough candidate screenings and initial interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit.

Job Posting and Advertising:

Craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements tailored to the targeted candidate pool.

Post job listings on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other relevant job boards or websites.

Monitor and optimize job postings for maximum visibility and effectiveness.

Candidate Assessment:

Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and evaluations.

Conduct reference checks and background screenings in accordance with company policies.

Maintain accurate candidate records and feedback in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Candidate Experience:

Ensure a positive candidate experience by delivering clear communication, timely feedback, and consistent follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.

Address candidate inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.

Data Management and Reporting:

Maintain up-to-date and organized candidate and recruitment data within the ATS.

Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or a related role with a focus on sourcing through Naukri and LinkedIn is a must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with social media and online sourcing techniques.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
  • In-depth knowledge of best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
