- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and customer-centric company image.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays If required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
