Role: Customer care executive (6 Days Working Profile)

Responsibilities:

• Have to provide the best resolutions to the customer.
• Able to work in 24*7 Shifts.
• 6 days working, 1 Rot. week off

Requirements:

• Any Graduate/Post Graduate can apply.
• Excellent Communication Skills Required.
• Only Immediate Joiners Require
• Candidates with 6 months of documented BPO experience would be preferred.

Laptop Pre-Requisites:

• Should have Windows 10 or 11 on the laptop.
• Should have Minimum i3 or above. (Ryzen/AMD series processor will not be considered)
• Should have a Minimum of 8 GB RAM in a laptop.
• Should have strong internet connectivity (At least 30 MBPS or above)
• Should have a Power backup facility at home.
