We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate – US Recruitment to join our recruitment team. The successful candidate will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for AI and Robotics engineering positions within the US market. This role involves working closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for AI & Robotics positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage with top talent across various channels.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Market Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends and insights to inform recruitment strategies and attract top candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 Months of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with a focus on tech or engineering roles in the US Market
  • Skills: Proficiency in advanced sourcing methods, ATS systems, and candidate assessment techniques.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion: Strong enthusiasm for AI & Robotics and a keen interest in emerging technologies.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of AI, machine learning, and robotics technologies is highly desirable.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable to work in 6:30 PM to 4 AM IST timings.
