Roles and Responsibilities
- Provided technical support to customers through chat process, resolving their queries and concerns on time.
- Handle non-voice processes such as email and web chats with efficiency and accuracy.
- Utilized strong communication skills to address customer issues and provide solutions effectively.
- Maintained accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborated with team members to resolve complex cases and improve overall performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO or related industry (chat process, non-voice process).
- Strong understanding of chat processing principles and practices.
- Excellent written communication skills for effective issue resolution.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including night shifts (if required).
- Basic knowledge of computer applications for data entry purposes.
Shift timings 24*7 and 6 days
System Requirement – Own Laptop with i5 processor and Above, 8GB ram
