Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provided technical support to customers through chat process, resolving their queries and concerns on time.
  • Handle non-voice processes such as email and web chats with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Utilized strong communication skills to address customer issues and provide solutions effectively.
  • Maintained accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Collaborated with team members to resolve complex cases and improve overall performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-1 year of experience in BPO or related industry (chat process, non-voice process).
  • Strong understanding of chat processing principles and practices.
  • Excellent written communication skills for effective issue resolution.
  • Ability to work rotational shifts, including night shifts (if required).
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications for data entry purposes.

Shift timings 24*7 and 6 days

System Requirement – Own Laptop with i5 processor and Above, 8GB ram

WIFI Internet speed – More than 100 Mbps
