Position Summary: The Customer Success team plays a crucial role in driving the long-term growth for Thrive. We are seeking an enthusiastic and solution-oriented Customer Success Associate who is passionate about understanding consumer needs and possesses the ability to design and develop offerings/features that cater to these needs. The successful candidate will work closely with consumer data, conduct insightful research, and collaborate with various cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and understand the diverse needs of different consumer segments.
- Develop sizing and prioritization frameworks to effectively target consumer needs.
- Plan and conduct comprehensive consumer research to gain insights into specific issues and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the execution and successful delivery of projects.
- Work diligently to achieve targeted goals and objectives.
- Facilitate data-driven decision-making processes by conducting pilots and analyzing results.
- Effectively communicate progress and analytical insights to key stakeholders.
- Establish comprehensive metrics for tracking and measuring the success of newly introduced offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Possesses experience in Strategy, Consulting, Analytics, or Consumer-Facing Products.
- Demonstrate proficiency in structured problem-solving techniques and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exhibits strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and SQL.
