Role Description
As an Invoice and Data Entry Specialist, your responsibilities will include accurate and timely data entry of invoices, processing orders, and downloading orders from EDI systems. You will be utilizing ERP systems such as Mas90/Sage and GreatPlains and will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
We are looking for a team player who can thrive in a fast-paced and punctual environment. The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with other team members to meet deadlines and complete tasks.
The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am-5 pm, with a 40-hour workweek.

Daily Duties Include:
- Invoice data entry
- invoicing & processing orders
- Downloading orders from EDI systems
This is a fast-paced and punctual environment. All members of the team are handed responsibilities and are expected to assist each other in meeting deadlines and completing tasks.
Skill Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Savvy with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Experience with Mass Market Retailers and EDI is a plus
- M-F 9:00 am-5 pm. 40 hour weekly
