Role Overview:
As a Client Engagement and Sales Specialist at UCPro, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships, promoting our web application, and driving sales growth. Your responsibilities will span from conducting online demos for potential international clients to scheduling training sessions for existing clients. Your language proficiency in English and Arabic will enable effective communication. This is a dynamic and flexible contract position, designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are skilled in client engagement, sales, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging online demos of our web application for potential clients located abroad.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions for existing clients to maximize their understanding and utilization of our application.
- Proactively seek feedback from clients and gather insights to improve user experience.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to report and escalate any identified bugs or issues.
- Initiate and maintain effective communication with potential clients via email and phone to drive sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate proficiency in English and Arabic to effectively cater to clients’ language preferences.
- Adapt to flexible working hours to accommodate international clients’ time zones.
- Perform effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct engaging online presentations and demos.
- Proven track record in sales, client engagement, or customer relations.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and report technical issues.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work autonomously.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate international clients’ schedules.
