Job Description:
Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via various channels (phone, email, chat).
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to higher-level support.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide product information and assist with troubleshooting.
Identify and report customer feedback and trends.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in customer support software.
Patience and empathy in dealing with customer concerns.
