- Leading capacity of a team
- SE has to communicate with the higher-level officers of the Army/Navy/Air Force.
- Handling complex business situations and managing customers of Govt organizations, the Indian army, the police, etc.
- Very strong negotiation skills with customers and inter-departmental functional groups.
Skills Required
- Good communication skill
- Basic knowledge of computers particularly, Ms excel, PPT, Word, etc
- A very high degree of patience
- Good presentation skill
- Objective analytical capability.
