We are on the lookout for Customer Success Executive to provide 360 degree support to our Sales Team. Should be excellent in Written & Verbal communication and must have minimum of 2 yrs experience working with US clients. This is Night Shift job.

Job Description:

● Responsible for live Chat & Converting & Maintaining leads from the source.

● Vet the leads based on quality.

● Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data.

● Sending email replies promptly within one hour of receiving a lead/customer reply/email.

● Consistently creating and maintaining weekly sales report data, ensuring it is ready for sharing by end of day on Friday.

● Regularly updating and maintaining all reports.

● Taking proactive measures to follow up with clients who have filled out forms on the website but have and have not yet scheduled a meeting for the possible next steps & as per the IA next action item discussed on the sales call.

● Proactively following up with clients who did not attend the meeting and, if necessary, making cold calls to establish contact.

● Persistently following up with clients who have cancelled the meeting until they agree to reschedule, while also utilizing cold calls if necessary.

● Regularly contacting inactive clients (4+ months without contact) on a monthly basis, while achieving targets.

● Sending emails to existing clients every three months, excluding active clients and those on the Do-Not-Contact (DNC) list, especially on occasions like Independence Day, Christmas, New Year, etc.

● Regularly updating customer records in the CRM system (Example: HubSpot) as necessary.

● Creating and scheduling tasks and follow-ups in HubSpot as needed.

● Taking and maintaining call notes. Ensuring that the Client Document is updated after every meeting to capture all relevant information, including discussions, suggestions, and actions provided by the Sales Expert to the client.

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in lead generation and sales. Actively seeking feedback and incorporating it into your strategies to improve performance.

Skills:

· Business Development, Sales Management, CRM Management, proposal documentation, Excellent communication and negotiation skills, growth hungry.

· Should have Experience doing cold calling and generating leads in US market. (American Accent is a MUST)

· Sales experience in the US market is a must – Mandatory Requirement.

· Experience with CRM software like HubSpot, Click Up Etc.

· Proficiency in MS Office.

· Excellent multi-tasking skills

· Ability to prioritize tasks

· Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences

· Ability to sell value and create credibility

· Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

· Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people

· Ability to work well in a team environment

· Tracking new clients in various industries, placing proposals, and getting agreements.

· Process and manage paperwork and correspondence related to all clients.

· Understand clients’ needs by doing client assessments.

· Provide detailed client documentation.

· Hands-on experience in all elements of the sales process from Approaching Leads, Scheduling meetings, Creating Proposals, negotiations and closings.

· Arrange/Prepare proposals for clients.

· Fixing Prospect meetings & Giving Presentations (If needed).

· Requirements Gathering and understanding Nurturing clients from scratch to maturity.

· Support the team with other responsibilities as required.
