Hiring Telesales Executive for Personal Loans

Relevant experience – 6 months+ in telesales

Experience working in a fast-paced, customer service environment.

Analytical with an understanding/ passion for data-driven decisions.

Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment.

 

Processes involved:

Calling potential customers and selling them personal loans

250/300 calls/day.

Telesales experience is mandatory

Salary – 15k-16k/month fixed+ up to 8k of performance-based incentives (there will be a 1% TDS deduction)

Language – English + Hindi

Timing – 9.30 am to 6.30 pm with 1hr of break

Working days (Rotational week off)

You must have your laptop and Wi-Fi.
