Job Summary:
Webzoly is on the lookout for a dynamic and friendly entry-level Customer Chat Support Representative to provide stellar customer service through our chat platforms. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to step into the tech industry and excel in customer engagement. The candidate will be the frontline for client interactions, ensuring that every chat is handled with empathy and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large volumes of incoming chat requests efficiently.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma; college degree preferred.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is a plus but not required.
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is beneficial.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Comfortable with navigating and understanding various online chat and IT platforms.
