Roles And Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure resolution.

2. Overseeing the customer service process.

3. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.

4. Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers in person.

5. Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.

 

Required Candidate profile:

1. Excellent communication in English.

2. Candidates must have a Laptop & Wi-Fi connection.

Working Hours: 9 HOURS (INCLUDING 1 HR. OF BREAK)
