About the role
We are looking for a self-driven professional with foundational business and interpersonal skills to assist with business and community expansion, supply growth, HR operations, and HR analysis. This role will have a mix of Marketing, Consulting, Sales and HR behavior as you will be directly contributing towards expanding our community outreach efforts and business growth.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Understand and effectively communicate the WinnerBrands community and specific opportunities from client brands to candidates
- End-to-end recruitment cycle management leading to successful onboarding of marketing talent for our client brands.
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates through a variety of sourcing channels
- Manage the in-house application tracking system ( ATS ) with relevant details
- Qualify candidates based on their experience, current situation, and motivations to change jobs.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their business needs
- Work collaboratively with all internal team leaders and partners at WinnerBrands
- Gather and benchmark data about mid to senior marketing talent
- Conduct periodic surveys to evaluate talent employability status.
- Assist in HR operations activities
Preferred traits
- Basic understanding of HR/Talent analytics in recruitment
- Exposure to Non-Tech talent hiring specifically marketing talent
- Talent Acquisition experience with marketing agencies
Must have
- Great communication skills
- Knowledge of LinkedIn tools and any HR tools
