Roles & Responsibilities
Learn and support the manpower hiring process for domestic and international clients. Manage recruitment database and build data base. Search and screen potential candidates for further assessment. Manage complete recruitment cycle Learn and support in HR operations work like managing employee database, payroll management, statutory compliance management, etc. Learn and support in Talent management and Training processes for the clients
Requirements
A Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Excellent Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication skills so that you collaborate well with your team Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
