About the Position/Roles and Responsibilities:
This position covers driving customer happiness, online sales and inside sales and post-sales support. We are looking for a dynamic personality with creative thinking abilities and a drive to interact with people and close deals/sales. Great opportunity if you are friendly, helpful, enthusiastic about interacting with people, have a flair for communication and endeavor to deliver the best possible experience to customers.
- Engage with inbound leads via WhatsApp/Email & share relevant information with customers (regarding products, customization options etc), book orders/sales
- Drive Customer Engagement – Customer outreach for product reviews, customer photos, adoption of referral program etc
- Devise and execute Strategic initiatives for delivering customer happiness again and again
- Engage in real non-scripted conversations with customers – truly understand their needs and help them accordingly
- Identify and execute creative ways of building an interested customer
- Interact with customers via live chat interface on the website
- Respond to customer queries on Social Media (instagram, facebook and twitter)
- Respond to all calls and queries on Zwende Customer Care Phone across customers, marketing and vendors
- Assist customers with their shopping experience & book orders
- Create and maintain a content repository to keep all relevant information and images organized in one place for easy access
Requirements:
- Experience: 0-4 Years
- Excellent English Proficiency (Spoken/Written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and execution rigor is a must
- Comfort in using Google Suite, MS Office and various Web Applications
- Should be comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty. Should be comfortable multitasking.
- You should be a hustler who can manage and get things done when needed.
- You should be willing to roll up your sleeves and get the work done yourself on an ongoing basis.
- Undergrad in English, psychology, mass/media communications not a must, but is an advantage
- This is a full time role, please don’t apply if you are available part time
Additional Information:
- Flexible Working Hours. Indicative timing: 9AM to 7PM. Monday to Saturday or Wednesday to Monday (rotational)
- Location: Work from Home (Preferable Bengaluru, Chennai or Hyderabad) option available. Or Indiranagar, Bengaluru
- 1-2 months probation before conversion

Salary Range: CTC 2.5 to 3.5 Lakhs per annum (Depending on demonstrated skills and relevant experience). Fixed and variable components may be included in CTC. Expect performance-based, fast-paced growth opportunities.
