The Customer Care Executive plays a crucial role in our organization by being the first point of contact for our customers. They are responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
  • Managing a high volume of incoming calls
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues
  • Providing product and service information to customers
  • Processing orders, forms, and applications
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Following up on customer interactions
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Meeting personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding quality and service
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of customer service processes
  • Assisting with customer retention
  • Improving customer service experience and creating engaged customers

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Patience and a positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries through various channels
  • Empathetic and can-do attitude
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
