We are looking for customer support representatives for our Australian operations to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process bookings, and modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated. A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with moving. Our ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented and able to track and complete multiple facets by utilizing your strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Shift Timing: 5 AM – 2 PM
Responsibilities:
· Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
· Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
· Upselling existing customers for other products and services.
· Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
· Knowing our process inside and out so that you can answer questions.
· Communicating with customers through various channels.
· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and
interactive communication.
· Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and
tools.
· Client Engagement, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time
limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
· Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
· Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
· Take the extra mile to engage customers.
· Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all
times.
· Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
