What you’ll do:-


Generate leads through calling and referrals.
Set up meetings with potential clients. Gather feedback from prospects and share it with internal teams. Interact in a positive manner with staff, students, and parents

  • Admission Requirements: Review and assess applications to ensure they meet the institution’s admission criteria, and request any additional documents if necessary.
  • Interviews and Evaluations: Conduct interviews or assessments as part of the admission process to gauge applicants’ suitability for the institution.
  • Financial Aid Information: Provide information on scholarships, grants, and financial aid opportunities to prospective students, and assist with the application process.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with applicants, keeping them informed of their admission status, any additional requirements, and important deadlines.
  • Recruitment Events: Represent the institution at college fairs, information sessions, and other recruitment events to attract potential applicants.
  • Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and communications with applicants.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on admission statistics, conversion rates, and other relevant data for management and strategic planning.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as education, counseling, or a related discipline. A master’s degree can be advantageous.
  • Previous experience in admissions counseling, student recruitment, or a related role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Empathetic and patient with the ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Knowledge of the institution’s programs, admission requirements, and the higher education industry.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
