Generate leads through calling and referrals.
Set up meetings with potential clients. Gather feedback from prospects and share it with internal teams. Interact in a positive manner with staff, students, and parents

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Information: Offer detailed information about the educational institution’s programs, admission requirements, application procedures, and deadlines to prospective students and their families.
- Advising Prospective Students: Engage with prospective students to understand their educational and career goals, and provide personalized guidance on selecting suitable programs.
- Application Assistance: Assist applicants in completing and submitting their admission applications, ensuring all required documents and information are accurately provided.
- Admission Requirements: Review and assess applications to ensure they meet the institution’s admission criteria, and request any additional documents if necessary.
- Interviews and Evaluations: Conduct interviews or assessments as part of the admission process to gauge applicants’ suitability for the institution.
- Financial Aid Information: Provide information on scholarships, grants, and financial aid opportunities to prospective students, and assist with the application process.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with applicants, keeping them informed of their admission status, any additional requirements, and important deadlines.
- Recruitment Events: Represent the institution at college fairs, information sessions, and other recruitment events to attract potential applicants.
- Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and communications with applicants.
- Reporting: Generate reports on admission statistics, conversion rates, and other relevant data for management and strategic planning.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as education, counseling, or a related discipline. A master’s degree can be advantageous.
- Previous experience in admissions counseling, student recruitment, or a related role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Empathetic and patient with the ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals.
- Knowledge of the institution’s programs, admission requirements, and the higher education industry.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Familiarity with financial aid and scholarship opportunities in the education sector.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Enthusiasm for promoting education and helping students achieve their academic goals.
