About the role
In this role, you will have the excitement of interacting directly with parents and professionals in India, to build a close and cohesive community of users and will have the satisfaction of making a direct impact in the lives of countless children, their parents, and their educators.
As a Customer Success Specialist, your responsibilities will include
- Interacting with customers (through mail, chat, telephonic) to help them solve their problems and increasing their engagement with the product
- Speaking to Avaz prospects / customers for gaining insights about their usage, issues faced and reverting with their feedback to Product team to improve the product features
- Doing demos (in-person / online) to customers / prospects to support Sales and Support teams
Qualifications and Skills
Skills required
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, Hindi
- Excellent listening skills
- Ability to understand, resolve and close issues
- Being self-motivated, taking initiatives and open to taking up multiple responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various teams within the company, including product development, customer support, and marketing, to share valuable feedback and insights gathered from customer interactions. Your input will play a crucial role in shaping our products and services to better meet customer needs and expectations.
- Tech-savvy: Be comfortable with using technology and demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
Good to have
- Prior work experience, especially in Customer Support
- Being a special educator or parent of a child with special needs
- Knowledge and use of customer-support applications and tools
- Fluent in speaking a local language in addition to English and Hindi
