Job Description
The customer success executive will be responsible for building strong relationships
with customers and collaborating with cross-functional leaders internally to deliver
consistently excellent customer experiences. Identifying a range of our offerings that could
meet the goals and values of each client.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensuring regular connections with existing clients to maintain our company’s presence.
Repairing disengaged or fractured relationships.
Conducting in-depth needs assessments to better understand each client’s requirements.
Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Proposing and deliberating potential solutions in consultation with clients.
Prompting clients to upgrade their existing packages and to purchase additional
offerings.
Settling clients’ concerns in a swift and professional manner.
Harnessing internal relationships to better address clients’ needs and to maximize our
profits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
0.6-1 year of customer success or related experience.
Good interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with a wide variety of customers, and ability to address needs.
Strong command of English as a communication language.
Good listening skills should be able to listen and understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Ability to convey benefits of service to potential customers.
Ability to pay attention to details and record them on appropriate mediums to make
communication known to other team members.
