Role description

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Full-Time Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic chance for customer support professionals to gain hands-on experience in customer interaction and make a real impact on our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

– Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat with a friendly and efficient approach.

– Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction.

– Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth expertise in our offerings to provide accurate information and assist with troubleshooting.

– Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

– Feedback Collection: Gather valuable feedback to enhance our products and overall customer experience.

– Escalation: Collaborate with the team to address complex issues when needed.

– Process Improvement: Share insights and suggestions to enhance our customer support processes.

– Recruitment: Assist in calling, scheduling, and recruiting participants for studies.

– Logistics: Coordinate the scheduling, logistics, and setup of user study sessions.

– Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with the research team and Customer Support Manager.

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent (related degree is a plus).

– Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

– Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.

– Empathetic and customer-centric mindset.

– Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure.

– Proficiency in customer support software and tools.

– Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.

– Experience in coordinating and managing projects is a plus.

– Strong organizational and project management skills.

– Proficiency in MS Excel.
