Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Specialist. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical and non-technical support to our users through various channels, resolving user issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and escalating issues to the appropriate team when necessary. The Customer Support Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and proactively identifying and reporting technical issues.

- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills
- Analytical Skills to identify and report technical issues
- Prior experience in customer support roles
- Experience with CRM software
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant field.
