We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at ParallelDots. As a Business Development Associate, you will be a key player in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients and market segments.
  • Generate new business leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while also nurturing new leads. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our IT products and services.
  • Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas, consistently striving for business development excellence.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop effective strategies and ensure a coordinated approach to client acquisition.
  • Provide valuable feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business.
  • Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
