About the job
As a Customer Success Consultant, you will be responsible for positioning yourself as a business partner with outside Account Managers, assisting with managing corporate accounts with an emphasis on projects, implementations, root cause issues, and elevated concerns from key decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills and ability to structure analyses to form data-driven solutions to ambiguous customer challenges.
- Flexible work hours in order to accommodate special meeting requests, training, and demonstrations for customers in different time zones.
- Advanced skills with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with the team to refine and mature our Customer Success Organization.
- Identify opportunities to showcase customer success stories.
- Support CSMs with large enterprise accounts.
- Analyze trends in customer performance on a regular basis and form proactive recommendations.
Requirements
- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
- Experience in a customer-facing role working with transferable skills (e.g., sales, account management, consulting, or customer support).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify business questions, analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Deep sense of empathy with an ability to guide decisions that lead to optimal outcomes.
- Sense of energy, pride and ownership in your performance.
