Job Overview: We seek a highly skilled and motivated Customer Services Executive to join our team in Colombo, SL. This role requires exceptional video meeting and phone skills, catering to our diverse clientele in the healthcare and pharma sectors. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing customer interactions, resolving concerns, and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone and video meetings, ensuring high-quality service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and follow up on service agreements.
- Utilize CRM tools like Hubspot to track customer interactions and sales activities.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies.
- Work closely with the sales and back-office teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure detailed record-keeping and data analysis to create customer-facing reports.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain professionalism in all customer interactions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service or sales within the healthcare or pharma industry.
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools, preferably Hubspot.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for building customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts to align with EST business hours.
