• Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, or other templates accurately and efficiently.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output.
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or Data Entry Operator.
• Fast typing skills with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and databases.
• Strong command of English both oral and written.
• Great attention to detail and the ability to work under deadline pressure.
