Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Coordination: Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify training needs, develop training plans, and coordinate the scheduling and logistics of training programs.
  • Training Material Preparation: Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials, including presentations, handouts, and multimedia content, to support effective learning.
  • Facilitation: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring a dynamic and engaging learning experience for participants.
  • Training Evaluation: Gather feedback from training participants and trainers to evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary improvements.
  • Training Records: Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and compliance to ensure regulatory and organizational requirements are met.
  • Training Logistics: Arrange training venues, equipment, and resources, and manage invitations and communications to participants.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external training providers and vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to ensure high-quality training services.-

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in training coordination, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in using training software and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in record-keeping and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories is a plus.
  • Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is a bonus.
