What Is Wrike?
Wrike is an enterprise-ready, cloud-based collaborative work management platform for managing cross-functional work at a scale that is fully configurable and enables contextual collaboration in a secure environment. Enterprises use Wrike to offer a single digital workplace for all of their departments and teams.
Role and Responsibilities
- Must be ready to support US working hours; 8:30 pm IST to 5:30 am IST
- Review, validate, and process customer contracts in the CPQ/SFDC system.
- Make sure the customer is provisioned according to the signed contract and all the contractual obligations are fulfilled.
- Create, check, and send invoices according to the rules and regulations, as well as in accordance with the customer requirements.
- Provide support to the Sales, Renewals, Legal, Customer Support, Customer Success, and other teams.
- Help structure contracts, find the best solution for the sales team making sure it complies with company guidelines and system rules.
- Validate or escalate exceptions and customization requests.
- Work in SFDC, CPQ, Netsuite, Wrike, Zendesk.
- Help with system limitations and/or issues.
- Respond to customer queries and cancellation requests.
- Help with customer vendor forms.
- Provide coverage and support to the other members of the billing team when required.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
