We are seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Executive to join our team. This entry-level role is crucial for expanding our client base and driving growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing potential clients, initiating conversations, setting up meetings, and managing follow-ups until a partnership is established.
Salary – INR 15k/- Per Month
This is a Full-time, work-from-home role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
– Research and source contact information for brands & Organizations.
– Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients.
2. Client Outreach:
– Initiate phone calls to introduce recitstudios & the services offered by the Company.
– Engage in conversations to understand the needs of potential clients and how our services can meet those needs.
– Schedule meetings between potential clients and our senior team members.
3. Database Management:
– Keep accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
– Update the status of calls, noting whether a brand is interested, requires follow-up, or is not a good fit.
4. Follow-ups:
– Conduct follow-up calls as needed to move prospects through the sales funnel.
– Ensure all follow-ups are done in a timely and professional manner.
5. Reporting:
– Provide regular updates on the status of leads and meetings scheduled.
– Collaborate with the senior team to strategize on closing deals.
Qualifications:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi)
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Ability to build rapport with potential clients over the phone.
– Organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage databases.
– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
– Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
