About the job
We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive who can provide excellent customer service and support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a positive attitude. If you have a passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
Roles and responsibilities :
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Qualifications :
- 1-3 years of experience working as a Customer Support Executive or a similar position in the Customer Service department.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Strong customer service skills
