About the job
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Associates with 1-2 years experience to join our Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will handle user queries via chat, call, and email. This role requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities
- Respond to user queries through chat, phone calls, and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues.
- Document and track user interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support.
- Identify and escalate issues that require urgent attention.
- Continuously learn about our products and services to better assist customers.
- Contribute to process improvements and provide feedback on support tools and procedures.
- Simultaneous contribution to R&D and other required projects like gathering and maintaining a database.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1 -2 years of Customer Support experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 1 to 2 years experience in an International Blended Process / US Blended Process
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Customer-centric attitude with a passion for helping people.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
Location: Work from anywhere in India / Permanently remote, India
Working Hours: 9-hour shift (Between 5:30 AM – 7:30 PM PST)
Working Days: 5 days working (5 Day rotational shifts between Monday to Saturday, 2 weekly offs)
