Skills Required:
- Must have 1 year of experience in customer service-BPO
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems
- Good knowledge of IT concepts and basic technical troubleshooting
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
